How much does they cost? I know Paypal own fee is not cheap, even buy bitcoin through these changers, the spending will be very expensive

i dont think they charge that much.
It all depends on your amount of exchange with them. you can try the blog they have best rate or the first on the list and also the last.
the blog i know very well have best rate because i dealt with them recently.
