Because I personally suck at designing and making beautiful things, and usually most of my effort goes into making things works instead of looking good, I am hiring a web designer to do a simple task, I need you to create a good looking home page that matches the design of the core site, so basically the site will offer the coindice game for Bitcoin and several alts (Litecoin, Darkcoin), this is why I need a home page that direct to the desired sub-site, and the design has to match the looking of the core theme.

I will pay in Bitcoin, Litecoin or darkcoin.

Checkout fiverr, you can pay in bitcoin too! I've had some good luck with hiring people from fiver gigs.

I've been developing a bitcoin-based game (not a dice game though), I wondered how the dice games start though to build a bank to pay winners when starting up.

yes, but then you need to spend some time explaining to them what is Bitcoin than what is an Altcoin, not to mention having the trouble to show them where to get the right Bitcoin material....it is just a hassle that I am not willing to go over, people here are familiar with these stuff, beside it is really an easy job and  I would rather help devs of our community.

if I don't get anyone the next 48 hours I will have to do it my self.

create a good looking home page and the design has to match the looking of the core theme.
If you can narrow that down a bit more, that'd be useful in trying to scope the task. Do you mean “echo”, as in “similar” or “match” as in “same”?

The “I’ll know it when I see it” approach can often be a show-stopper for casual design jobs.

I thought similar to this, meaning: matching colors and style, and the home page is intended for this... for now I managed to do a simple job my self (that home page I did), First I was looking for something fancy.... but it is worth waiting a while.

Well, the user's one and only task on this page is to find the right game button, that's all they'll see. Have you tried just using the same background image throughout? You might find that to be enough in terms of visual unity.
