It's been at the datacenter for too long and it needs a new purpose. The 110gh/s will only generate about $1 a day, so it's not a windfall fortune. If you pick one of the options that donates to an org, state the organization that should receive the donation.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Fully working S1's were about $100 last month, they're worth maybe $70 now.  Your 1/2 functional one is worth about $35 then.  Not really worth the time worrying about it unless $35 is like a week's salary.  I would sell it for cheap in the marketplace here letting the buyer know it's 1/2 dead.
