If he's here only to grab btc from ico, then put 25% into support and do nothing more, price won't rise too.

So your "100% minimum" could easily switch into "Fuck i want to cut my losses"..

If you look at previous coins like CRYST , the dev just hosted the IPO. Since no developement was there in the first week, the prices went 1/5th of the IPO price.  So POS or NO POS hardly matters. A Certified developer doesn't help much either. Right now the Buy is only for 4-5 BTC which could very well be mostly out of the pockets of the dev(as ultimately the money goes back to him). I also see no real development plan. Community development doesn't help as most of them are already out.

This is going to make me look like a total jerk, but in the time of scam coins you must not give much for scrutiny. I am not sure how things are in Australia but please proof read your comments before you post. I know development has little to do with spelling, but I would have more faith in a developer with some degree of professionalism. Just some constructive criticism in a time of unprofessional-ism here.

Doing it this way keeps as much security for the early investor as possible. There is no premine to be dropped into the market at any time. All coins are held by people who see a future for the coin.
In regards to the ICO, in order for us to implement features it takes time, and time is money.
For example, I'm currently looking at what it would take to  implement a chart into the wallet with Technical Analysis indicators. If I can't do this in time it will have to be contracted out and this won't be free.
