It was sold to me as new, but I can't be sure.
All original packaging is included. It is under warranty, until February 2013.

If you look how old my account is you will shut up, which you should do anyway. If somebody is not as chatty as you are, doesn't mean a thing.
There are a number of free escrow services we can use.
