The explanation is simple he buyed a lot of this coins cheap ,make some hopes to people that this will be some fresh new start ,people starting buy this coin he dump and make some profit.That is what he did with revo ,so he just want to repeat the same shit.

why would you ask for permission lol , and the wallet isent originally created by Shadecoin... , its from  silk i  believe ?
