Long-story-short, I lost my identifier for my wallet (I just start using this today) and I never made a backup email nor an alias or anything to source it to. I have all my other information such the ip address in which I sent in from, my mnemonic, my receive address, and my password. Also, I know the approximate time in which the wallet was started and the the exact time and information in which the only transaction I made was. Does anyone have any advice or know what more I should do (I sent an email to the support desk, but from what I've seen they take awhile to address these types of issues). From what I've seen they've rectify this issue with others, but am looking for some further validation on the issue/am I screwed? Sorry this was all very stupid.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

They don't send the "Welcome" email anymore?

Recover the welcome email, if you can.

If you can't, them try to contact their support, there are chances you will get your ID back if you have the minemonic

That is very risky  Undecided
You must store any important things like alias or mnemonic at one place
and yes...the only way is contact support and provide your mnemonic to prove that you're own that blockchain
