WTB Bot, Paying BTC

I need a simple bot made.

I am a script noob, I really need to learn it.

I need the bot to work on https://cryptotrader.org/.

All I need the bot to do is the following:
1) Buy limit order 3 Dollars under each Sell that is executed
2) Sell limit order 3 Dollars above each Buy the is executed

I will set the initial buys and sells by hand.

From there, as long is it does not break my range up or down, it should auto trade.
