This is what happened, Papalegba  pay with your paypal immediately the full amount which I find strange: a total of $ 2,400.
Upon receipt of paypal payment indicates that the transaction was under review, which seemed to me a little strange, I do not send the Bitcoins to verify what happened. call to verify paypal and tell me it's normal for that to happen.
5 Minutes after my account is limited and frozen transaction.

Now the user accuses me of being a thief but funds with paypal payment, are clearly a stolen account.

Escorw for paypal is not ok as well yes it will protect you for the transaction but not for a chareback

They don't do that, all arbitration is done in house at Paypal. (See the Terms of Service)

Nope it's not true, when people receive big amount suddenly, paypal mostly times limited your account.
So they will check, everything is fine in those transaction. So there is still hope, he will receive the refund.

I agree, they will not charge back without investigation, doesn't matter how old and big account is yours.
Maximum they can limited the account and will not allow to move the money.

You can easily chargeback by claiming it was unauthorised and your computer had a virus.

Just call them up and they do it instantly.
