Using mobile phone credit to buy things had been around for at least 15 years, it's nothing new and its nothing like Crypto at all. Crypto will steam roll M-Pesa like it never existed !

I am still not sure if the M-Pesa technology runs on the Bitcoin protocol or if it is a technology on it's own.

Somewhere on this forum, someone posted on M-Pesa saying that they incorporated Bitcoin, I just cannot find it.

I know the M-Pesa technology are huge in Africa and every other person are using it to buy "Air-time" for their phones.

Can someone find out for us, if bitcoin are the under luying technology? Or are they using their own fiat currency and just added Bitcoin as a currency?
