I have 0.5BTC that I would not like to just sit on, I want to start making gains besides working.
Im aiming for my goal: A discrete passive income, just getting about 500€ monthly doing nothing would be amazing for me. Actually I could have achieved that by investing in Moolah which I saw as a legit company with a long term good development, but I didnt had enough BTC back then. So im looking for something else. The problem is, most of the "put your BTC here and gain your interest" seem like Ponzi schemes to me.

Anything legit going on? (forget about your mindless shilling, i will detect it fast, only honest advice).

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Not much I can tell you that won't involve some kind of risk. Keep it in your wallet, but make sure you have it secured so it doesn't get stolen. I've had some luck with trading on the altcoin exchanges, but obviously you can lose your half a Bitcoin by making the wrong guess. You can also invest in loans with BTCJam, but you want to be smarter than the bankers who took too many risks and caused the financial meltdown of a few years back because nobody is going to bail you out. Good luck with whatever option you choose.

you have a couple hundred dollars, and your dreaming that couple hundred dollars would give you 500 PROFIT each and every month... well sorry but you need to re-arrange your fantasy.

the least risky option is to research "drop shipping". where you do not buy stock upfront, you do not have to even do any delivering. all you need to do is advertise products in bitcoin and then send the drop shipper the orders, delivery address and the funds to cover the costs.

EG
sell clothes that you can pay for at about $5 and sell to bitcoiners for $10 (custom shirts with bitcoin logo) then cash out $5 of bitcoins to send to drop shipper along with your customers deliver address, and keep the other $5 as bitcoin.

its not just clothes. there are many things that you can sell for profit and keep the profit as bitcoin, with no risks.

i would not recommend anyone that has no forex/stock exchange experience to risk funds in exchanges. its just too risky for noobs.

but the drop shipper method is not only no risk. it is also great for buying more bitcoin without having to find an exchange to link your bank with. because you can basically pay your fiat income to the drop shipper and keep ALL the bitcoin thus making the dropshipper/retail website you make, the exchange.(in the background)

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

There is no investment without risk for Bitcoins.

No risk option = hodl

You can start to lend people here with small amounts. Collateral for untrusted ones and no collateral for trusted ones. But again it involves a bit of risk.

Put your cash on exchanges and buy alt coins with good community and active devs, your chosen coins must not be older than 2 weeks old, no premine, no IPO, buy at early stage and pray the coins will skyrocket

I am currently involved in 4 different investment opportunities and all 4 of them have been profitable for me. I am currently researching another one and will test it soon. Let me know if you are interested, I might share this with a few people but I will not post this in public. Good stuff gets saturated easily.

Are aware that if I invested a couple BTC in Moolah back in the day, I would have reached my goal by now?

Im talking about investing in legit companies, not day trading or some shit. And im considering risk too, even holding is a big risk with bitcoin. I just want to stay way from just gambling territory.

"Hodl" wasn't a spelling error. It is widely known bitcoin meme.

Anything legit going on? (forget about your mindless shilling, i will detect it fast, only honest advice).
I hope that you realize that you are asking if there is a legit way to make money for doing nothing. It is really not possible for this to happen as the person giving away this "free" money will go broke.

If you want money for nothing I would recommend going on disability in the US or going on one of the many social programs in europe

What do you think rich people do? Nothing, inherit and become fund babbies. Also, if OP invested a couple in Moolah.io he would be getting money monthly doing nothing. Just like you get money doing nothing when you rent your properties, thats what OP is talking about.

hodl is a Bitcoin meme, it's not a misspelling, haha.

To the OP: You're not going to get 500 Euros monthly from something which is worth, what, 200 Euros? Unless you are working your ass off.

He said he didn't just want to hold it, but I reckon that would probably be the wisest investment right now. Investing in something else is risky and you could lose it all.

Reinvest in altcoins but you have to be online 24 / 7

This is a good way to LOSE all your money when the coin gets dumped and you're left holding the bag.

Again, you guys are missing the part where I said if you invested some BTC (okay more than 0.5 but not that much) in something like Moolah, you would be getting a decent wage doing nothing monthly. Thats the goal.
