Cheesy

Yeah, i know this questions it's not important. But, when you so old, and got success at the future.. you may share your experience to your son.

So, Do You Remember ?? How Do You Know Bitcoin, at First??

Me: I found bitcoin thread when i read in portal news (Indonesia) detik.com.

So, what about you?? Still remember this moment??

When I first met Bitcoin, it was maybe 2009 or 2010, but I didn't understand the real concept of it (that it's meant to be a real currency), and tried to generate some using my laptop (I think even then a laptop was not useful at all, and so I didn't actually got any).

Now I buy Bitcoin with the money I'm earning (now I have a job, woohoo!), and have bought several items online.

An economy based on endless growth is unsustainable.

I first heard of Bitcoin in 2009/ 2010. I was in a house share and the son of the land lady asked me if I knew of Bitcoin. My reply was "It's not real, it's all bullshit. It can't be real it's not physical, not like gold or cash." At the time I was unemployed and on benefits, I even had a couple of AMD HD 57xx graphic cards and still to this day have the HD's my PC was using. in 2010 I did actually format over the wrong HD while transfering music data between discs. Whether or not my "bitcoin" wallet would of been on one of those HD's if I were to of mined and enjoyed Bitcoin back then is another story for the past. I was way too busy back then DJ'ing and gigging in a band....plus suffering from cluster headaches!

What a dick! haha

“I buy Bitcoin with the money I'm earning” means I earn fiat money (especifically, Mexican Pesos), and then I buy Bitcoin in an exchange.

If you're trying to say that a job that doesn't pay in Bitcoin is not a real job, then I disagree with you.

I first heard about Bitcoin, when Wikileaks started accepting them as a mode of payment. But I never explored about it further for a year or so. Got my first Bitcoins only in 2012 December, when I bought a few for $100. Now I am cursing myself for not taking Bitcoins seriously, when I first read about them in 2011. At that time the exchange rate was like 1$ = BTC10.

I was fcking a hot upscale European escort, then i noticed a QRcode on her back. I asked and she said i can pay her using my phone while fcking.

I'm now a bitcoin believer. True story.

PS. bitcoin was $4-5 at that time. That bitch is now probably a bitcoin millionaire.

I heard about it first from a good friend, a hard core tech nerd, at a garden party in mid 2012
Sadly took me several months more before I was ready to invest cognitive resources in learning about it

Yeah, 'we' are late at this moment. But i think, why we should feel sorry for??

Nowadays many altcoin worth cheap. I think we can atones in 5-10 years later. Even If possible, build a new (self) coin, that past.. will come true later nor we can tell story to son. Smiley
