Also we are looking to hold coins on a wallet like 100 coins per address so when they get the wallet they can transfer it too mobile.

paper wallet is more convenient and no need to sync.

so a scrypt clone would work for a litecoin code? i would just need the design?

not sure what you mean all the hash tags start with an L

example LQBgyAG9zaCCKqL19g6RokEdYEpAktowAK

but it is a scrypt base clone like litecoin.
