Did you know your credit card input page does not have SSL?  If you are not careful someone else might empty my credit card before you get a chance to.

The thing with credit cards is that even if the service is not legit,  a cardholder could simply sipute the transaction and get their money back. It would be very difficult/impossible exactly when an investment account is created.

Reported to JotForm as a phishing site.

http://www.jotform.com/answers/427681-You-are-hosting-a-phishing-site

1. JotForm does not permit the use of their forms for credit card numbers.
2. Visa/MC do not permit online credit card number transmission over non-secure connections.
3. JotForm is in California, so California B&P code §17538 applies (online seller in CA must give actual name and address of business).

Your site is so good(domain name in weebs) but why u using Gmail as contact?
hosting not allowing you for email?

since April youn saying?  I never heard about you...
why this site operated on free domains from webs?

Make sure if you looking to scam, you doing this so good people will not ask you or challenge about anything.

JotForm just kicked them off. Now they're trying to use FormStack. FormStack will probably kick them off soon.

FormStack just kicked them off.

This is a really low-budget scam. It's all free website hosting.
