Here is the wagering thing explained:

Bet 1 BTC at 2.0X payout, will count as 1.0 BTC wager regardless of win or loss
Bet 1 BTC at 3.0X payout, will count as 1.0 BTC wager regardless of win or loss
Bet 1 BTC at 1.5X payout, will count as 1.0 BTC wager if you lose and 0.5 BTC wager if you win
