New service idea... better way to cash out BTC

Was wondering if anyone would want a better way to get cash out their Bitcoins. In other words, be able to take a debit card and withdraw from the atm the cash you need from the Bitcoins you cashed out.

All this will be done online so a virtual card issued to you upon payment.

There are already several bitcoin ATMs that allow you to sell your bitcoin for cash fiat. This is almost exactly what you are describing doing. Also a debit card would carry costs which would take away the advantages of using bitcoin.
