What (Asic)-Miner should i buy ?

my budget: 10,000€ / ~13,000USD

EU

Power cost: 0.26€ / 0.34USD

I prefer an Scrypt-Asic-Miner.
I'm thinking of the 'Alpha Technology Viper (Scrypt) Miner (250Mh/s); 250MH/S @ 1850W' (6839€ / 8864USD), but when i see the 'ZEUSMINER VOLCANO 300Mh/s @ 1000W' (1233€ / 1599USD) i don't really know.

Read around the board Alpha I personally would not touch. 

I personally avoid pre-orders as general rule.  For most part its a lot safer.

i don't like pre orders as well, but i don't find any asics over 100MH/s without any pre-order buying..
