Need Programming Help w/a Colored Coin Web App (Bitcoin 2.0)

I'm new to coding, and heading towards the end of a 12-week programming bootcamp.  I would really like to try to build a web app featuring Colored Coins, but I could use some help getting up and running.  It would be great if you are familiar with:

-Ruby on Rails
-Rspec/TDD
-Javascript
-AngularJS
-MongoDB, Postgresql

(Python is great but unfortunately not covered in the curriculum)

I plan to use the Coinprism wallet API, but of course I'm open to other suggestions.  For payment arrangements I'm thinking of a quoted hourly rate from you (in either USD or btc), with a potential bonus for (my) successful completion of the bootcamp.  Hit me up if you are interested, thanks for reading!
