I would say wait for some time and see. Prices are very tempting, but it has been around at this for sometime and there is a good chance that that it may crash further.

I can't see why prices would drop further.

We are rising just after the news about the Hong Kong exchange goxxxing.

As as the news turns out to be not as bad as reported (loss is just $8 million instead of $387 million, number of victims is just 43 instead of 3000), bitcoin price goes back to $250.

Nobody ever hits the bottom, nor the top of the markets. The key is coming as close as possible.
Right now, the valuation seems like a great time to jump in, with a significant leap. Regardless of what happens in the next 6 months, value will move as we reach 2016 and close in on the next reward halving.

yep. that is why what one may try is to buy in smaller chunks. You may not be able to exactly hit the bottom price, but what you can do is to lower the entry price, or at least increase your chances that the entry price will be acceptably close to the bottom.

no one knows what will happened in future,but now is good time to start,because you are not going to get huge money at beginning.You have to be higher rank and than you will get more money...ofcourse only if you are in campaign

IMO, if the price is able to reach what you bought it for,

 it could always increase to a larger amount than that.

You need to make the research yourself, it wouldn't be reasonable to trust the opinion of someone even if that person is skilled with bitcoins to actually put your money on his opinion.
