what is BTC-Mining? A new mining operation that will be owned by the members I've put a lot of effort to prepare:

Low 10% admin including lots of advantages: electricity, insurance, all material to support the mining hardware and management are covered. 40% for buying new equipment and replacements. 50% that will be paid in dividend.
For this, it does however require a substantial funding and some delay while the equipment is delivered.
So to stimulate shares sale, I will be offering discount shares and a raffle, paid out of my own pocket.
I've purchased 20 shares (a 20 BTC value) that will be drawn among participants if we reach 3000 shares sold. To participate, simply request it on this thread. I will add you to a list I will keep updated here.
