Afternoon all.

Bit of a linux newbie but I've managed to get Lubuntu 12.04 installed on an ancient laptop (it doesnt even have a working battery, its direct from the mains...) and have a couple of gridseeds hooked up to it. I don't mine for profit, I multi-mine for the interest, but my 2 gridseeds are modded to produce about 1mhash between them.

I've hit a problem though, the gridseeds seem to fail every hour or so, and go to 'off' on CGminer (3.7.2) which means I have to 'teamviewer' in from whereever I am, and restart CGMiner. It only runs as root on my system for some reason.

What I'm after, is a script to restart CGminer every 45 mins, as root. I dont necessarily have to reboot the whole laptop, just restart cgminer. I've tried CGMon but that doesnt seem to catch the gridseed going 'off'.

Like I said, a little new to linux so any help/advice greatly received.

Thanks
