People who sold at 18 $, and 130 $, just before the take off never knew that market would not return
there again ever.

It may take very very long  Wink

very risky gamble if you ask me

it might take forever

we are already in a longer bear market than most of us expected, I really think if you want to buy, you should not wait for it to drop even lower, as you risk missing the boat big time.

If the next rally is anything like the previous rallies, it will be very sudden and rise very high, and will make it very expensive to buy in.

It could become $1000+ overnight, and before you have your money on the exchange it could be already over $2000.

it's much safer to just buy at current prices because next year it will not even matter that much if you bought for $380 or $480

No, it will not take so long. But the more important question is, how much cultists and cheerleaders will sell when we break below 340. Cheerleader-Oberserver will look like a ghost town.

Man if that happens you will be a lucky person, because you know the price will rocket to the moon from such a plunge for no good reason.  I think we'll find ourselves over 500 and holding in no time, especially after something like that was to happen.  I tend to believe there is a chance for a dip but unsure how long that would last.  Either way it's going to end up going back up and making higher highs and new lows at an astonishing but sustainable rate.

I'd buy now, it's still a great price looking at the historical trends and future prospects of Bitcoin. I'll be buying as much as I can under $500.

We won't reach $380 ever, the bottom was hit and now it's the rise time.

Ah, you remind me of myself in 2012 when I was waiting for the price to hit $4 again and then planned to buy a ton of coins. The price never hit $4 again and I never got those coins.

It seems like a reasonable position to me, but I wonder why 380$ (not 400$, not 375$, not 350$).  What is it about 380$ that you feel like this is the bottom/or the magick number for you?

I think it's a good idea to have some fiat setup for a buy like this. I hope you have your money ready on a market with a buy order in place. It could and probably will flash down to that price at some point. I'm actually hoping for $280. Just because bitcoin is a great idea doesn't mean the price can't be good. There is a lot of stuff going on right now that is in your favor.

It may not pay off, but I don't think I'd call that a risky gamble. You can't lose money on a trade you don't make. Also, we are a single flash crash from that price point (basically, if we get below $440ish on BFX, then we are at $380 in seconds... albeit perhaps only for seconds). That said, I'd say the odds are very low that this will happen anytime soon. We seem to at least want to be correcting upwards at this point albeit the momentum leaves something to be desired.

I think we're consolidating for a break out. I don't think we will hit $380 again (unless something terrible hits) but you can always be hopeful.

You could risk it but you may be waiting a while if you do as there is no chance we may hit that again. You can never predict what will happen or which way it will go when it does happen which can mean either taking risks or just waiting.
