I think it should be fairly easy if the drivers are installed and the person doing it (whether you or someone you pay to do it) knows how to compile reaper.

If you want, I could do it for 100 LTC, but it is possible to get it done for free if you talk to the right people (and you do most of it yourself).

You might find it more cost effective to spend the money you would use on the cluster in buying LTC for USD on - https://btc-e.com/exchange/ltc_usd - Then once the price goes up in months/years time and its more cost effective to mine then do so.
