I currently have 10BTC available to lend out.
You must have rep, and provide me with your I'd.
Interest rates vary depending on your rep level.
Any takers?

Heya,

Just so happens I need a loan about that size. I am buying the cards list here; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=75979.0  from mb300sd
After liquidating a bunch of stock for less than I should the last 10BTC from 18 BTC worth of stock sounded nuts. So here I am.
I produce 1.6BTC per day now, 1.8 after tommorow. And of course more after the cards come in. Already have the other equip in place.

If I'm good, send funds to 1PxmD7UHzJzcV6WkwporHuZ6aBgmZYF62C

I will pay back in under 7 days.

cheers

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

Wasn't sure what to offer for that, but a reputable advisor said to offer 13BTC in 7 days, so imma make it 12.5.
He argues that because of my risk, I should charge more.

I send you 10 BTC to 1PxmD7UHzJzcV6WkwporHuZ6aBgmZYF62C today, you pay me back by Thursday 3rd May for 12.5BTC.
Every day early/late you pay is .25 less/.25 more respectively. ie, if you pay on the friday it becomes 12.75. If you pay on the thursday it becomes 12.25.

Confirmed?

Hate to butt in here but ... math check: ~0.5% per day is not unreasonable, as you originally offered. For 7 days that would be 3.5%. On a 10BTC loan that comes out to 0.35BTC. If you want 12.5BTC returned, that is an interest rate of 25% for the week! I don't want to presume, but are you sure that's what you meant?

At 0.5%/day sadpandatech would repay you 10.35BTC total after 7 days.

Yes, I can do maths.
But I have been advised against 0.5% due to the risk of him running, and that it is short term.

hehe, aye. I don't mind paying a little bit more. But I'm not exactly a newbie needing to get some credibility here. ;p  25% is too much for 7 day. The buyer has offered, on his own accord to allow me to pay the remainder I owe for my purchase within 7 days. But, if you can offer up this loan at a reasonable rate i would much prefer to have my purchase paid to the seller in full.

cheers,
  Derek

I was just thinking about offering this (just send the funds and ask for a gratuity ala IBB) - but you beat me to it!  Darn you, darn you to heck!

I do not know who is advising you but this is a solid loan with very low risk.  In fact, it is about as low a risk loan as you can make here.   Did you not notice you were dealing with a hero member who has been around and has almost 1500 posts?  There is a huge difference between 300 and 1500 posts.  I think you are getting some bad advice.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Would have offered 11.5, but hey. The offer is still there though, for 11.5 Smiley

I was about to offer this as well, interest-free. Konichua, you need to find a new advisor. Some of us are here genuinely to help; others are here to take undue advantage of others; the rest fall somewhere in between. You need to decide which of these groups you wish to be associated with.

And BTW, Burt, I take no offense to your '300 posts' comment!  I smiled. Wink

Just sent repayment plus tip to the address listed.  Thanks again for the loan and to everyone else who offered. Including the OP who did make a resonable offer after I had received the funds already.

Confirmed! The tip, while not required, is very much appreciated.

Thanks.

I apologize to the OP for cluttering their thread (edit: ...despite them calling me a "bitch").
