I have a new raspberry pi, ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LPESRUK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) thats running with this psu cable ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FIFYQMA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) and i've gone through 2 micro sd cards already. I'm also using this Pi Image from Zeus,  https://mega.co.nz/#!Zl5SHapY!11rnnOQRycHiiyl9U5oDJV-HMp2LBGLwJg5m6glbnuE

All setup / configuration was done based on this setup instrucation, for the Thunder x6. http://zeusminer.com/user-manual-ver-1-0/

The first time I accidently unplugg'd the microsd while the unit was on and I was trying to plugin a USB device.

The 2nd time I came home from dinner and found the unit with both the red & green lights on and the Zeus miner thats attached was not mining and I couldnt get to the pi's IP address in a url.

So I thought ok, let's reboot. So I unplugged the pi and rebooted and now once again i'm getting "bad sectors" and the unit wont finish booting.

I've formatted (block by block) the 2 SD Cards and I've also reloaded the image several times. And run Checkdisks on the cards when they are connected.

Can someone help me understand what i'm doing wrong here? or do I just have bad cards? or a bad Pi?

Screenshots of the pi:
