I could provide contact and references of original developer who is a professional and charges 15$ per hour of work. I have no problem with escrow or giving the code to trusted third-party to check for bugs. Gweedo would be my preference.

No way that code costed 10,000 Euros. You can have a much more attractive exchange thats built well for $5000-6000, go cheaper on features and as low as $2500-3000.

I am just repeating what the developer and the seller told me, I know you can build one cheaper now, but this exchange was completed in January 2014, when there wasn't so many exchanges around. Back in 2013, to make this kind of exchange would cost you way more than $5000. It's a solid code, crycurex.com was up for about 4-5 months and they never been hacked. Anyway, I will give the code to third-party for review.
