I can, it will cost slightly more for shipping, maybe 1 or 2 BTC. I am not sure about the local laws concerning bullion. In Canada and the US gold and silver are considered to be "world currencies" therefore no tax is imposed on them.

I think you do have to pay VAT for silver here, was just hoping you might know different. My girlfriend bought some silver tax free from a website in Guernsey. It got stopped at customs and she got hit with 20% VAT and customs charges.

Silver however is not exempt from VAT. Many people ask us why not. A better question would be "Why should it be?". Almost everything in the UK and EU is subject to VAT, although there are many exceptions. Perhaps because investment gold is now exempt, people think that all other metals such as silver, platinum, and palladium should also be exempt. Sadly this is not the case. from http://www.taxfreegold.co.uk/silver.htmlGold it seems is tax free but not silver.

Ordered 2 Buffalo coins to the UK, came no problem and customs didn't open the package so no VAT. Very happy with the service.
