You didn't  type correct url. 'ssssss' isn't a url. If you don't want any pool there, just leave it blank.

have you updated to the latest version of the firmware this was a known error in older versions of the firmware your system overview page should report something like this if you have most current fw

I agree with this suggestion update to latest firmware should resolve your issue

No, I don't think so. I used teamviewer and tried to help him. He told me that his PC was hacked. I think that's the problem. The hacker's pool address is entering automatically. I tried to change all fields, one field, adding to third field, making it blank and resetting, non of them worked. I think he might want to format his computer or want install an antivirus like Avast(freeware) and make a full-scan. It will take much longer but it is effective.

Yeah well a hacked PC could cause problems, when in doubt always reformat the PC never trust that an Antivirus has cleaned your PC fully. I actually keep all my miners on there own isolated network and just team viewer into a management PC on that LAN, who knows what secret surprises hide inside these miners just my 2 cents as a security expert
