Good to see. I'm not liking the 3% fee so I'll likely not use this but will keep it in mind if I have a cheap bill. I just have my $2k mortgage so I'm not willing to drop down $60 per month to pay it.

Well, this will help remittance too....
The biggest thing, stopping people from accepting Bitcoin in the remittance market, is the added cost to convert it, back to fiat.
If there was no reason for them to convert to fiat, it would have been the cheapest currency to use, in the world.

It is definitely a useful service that I have been waiting for for a long time. I realize it is just starting out so they need to charge more but with competition and more use I'm sure the price will come down. They may want to check out MyCheckFree who offers free bill pay services (in fiat). From their site: How can this service be offered for free?
Fiserv is the company that powers payments for hundreds of billing companies on the Internet. These companies have partnered with Fiserv to bring you this online billing and payment service for free. How? The companies you receive bills from provide Fiserv with your bill information at your request. After you sign up, you'll select the companies whose bills you want to receive and view online. Fiserv works directly with those companies to make sure your bills are ready to view and pay at the click of your mouse in one convenient, secure, online place. And best of all, those companies you've selected pick up the tab!
*Fees may apply for same-day payments or payments made using credit cards.

in several countries including the Netherlands you can pay for electricity in bitcoin.

Why would you do that unless you are getting paid directly with bitcoin? you would lose money with the fees.

So, get paid directly with bitcoin using http://www.bitwage.coOr even a percentage of your pay.

You might be able to pay some of your expenses, but ultimately it depends on what country are you from. Philipines for example has a very good service to do this.

Why would you want to risk even getting paid in bitcoin as you can lose out on price fluctuations too. I think it's too risky to have your full income in bitcoins as it you could be living on the breadline if there's a crash that month. Far too risky for me.
