I have a developer ready for an exchange on my new altcoin I would like the altcoin to be trade able to bitcoin but how does it work? and is it possible for it to be made by one experience developer? i was told on my favorite exchange Cryptsy they have a team of 22 members if not more by now.I also like what virwox has done to there sll I would like something like that in the future. But is 3 bitcoins a reasonable price for development or does it sound too low or high? any advice would help

thanks in advance

some companies sell SAAS prepackaged exchange code, check vbbb.com "build your own bitcoin exchange"

$MAID & $BTC other than that some short hodls and some long held garbage.
