In regards to the website it needs improvement but the service is fully functional, we have recently spent most of the time improving the bitcoin shopping cart which is essential for selling the service in bitcoins.

Problems we had before, that have been improved, bitcoin transactions were done by hand, the accounts needed activation, customers wanted billing by second not by minute, all this changes have been applied.

I agree the current web site does not look  not good.
I am working on a new design but it is not ready yet, it is based on css.

When ready it will replace the existing site, I do not recommend anyone to use this link yet since it is being worked on, and some links are not there yet.

regardless, the customer interface looks pretty good in it based on php and a2billing.
Also the bitcon shopping cart is also in php.

I started out on the functionality first and left the looks for later, most business do it the other way around, but on the other hand we are not like most business since we fully support bitcoins.

It is fully launched and working if in doubt give it a try, I am giving all new accounts equivalent of 25 cents in bitcoints for free, to try it out at no risk.

For the web callback you do not need an ata.
For voip calls if not using web callback you can use a soft phone of your choice or an ata of your choice.

In regards to the website it will continue to improve, soon I will be posting firmware and howtos, but in regards to the service itself it is fully functional and fully automated.

The problem when I first launched the service it was that many things were done manually like activating that account, and the funding in bitcoins was a problem, however those problems have been addressed the account activation is done by the customer, and the funding is done by using the bitcoin shopping cart it which you will get a number (voucher) and entering that voucher in your voip account will give you credit.

If you believe that is non functional I would like to hear why. what does not work for you?
