Ive posted my add many times in some forums and chats. Now my remaining btc was gone. I still dont know why.
You probably have keylogger in your computer. Nobody can steal your coins with only having your address.

I have posted my address to various sites/forums too and so far it is not hacked yet. :p
Maybe because it only has very little amount not enough to make the hacker interested on it. Tongue

Don't worry about it, the chance of having a collision is extremely extremely low.
And no, it has nothing to do with your low address balance.

You can find 3 addresses with over 130,000 btc on each of it, and those bitcoin are safe. https://btc.blockr.io/trivia/address Grin

My rule is do not post your address. You can PM your address so that you can trace back who knows your address. Posting will not.

If you haven't re-used that password on other site, the account hack is most possibly related to keylogger or phishing link.
BTW, you should enable 2FA to improve the safety of your bitcoin on the blockchain.info wallet.

not possible.

It is possible to have your account (bitcointalk, blockchain.info, coinbase, etc) hacked.
It could be related to phishing link or malware on your computer, but it has nothing to do with posting your address at all.

Based on your address no. If you have spyware, trojan, virus or keylogger on your pc then that's another case.

No it isn't possible by just releasing public wallet, but if it has lots of funds and they now know who owns it, its a larger target and increases the chances.

I do not think it will hit if you just post the address only
