Team needed for AutoCoinSwitchingPool

Hi,

 We here at BitHash would like to start a multipool operation , we are not looking to get 3-5 coins added we want at least 20 or more so it would be a big project , we would like it to be able to change in correct time to and neither lose the most profitable coin nor lose coins that has already mined by changing it.

 Now for this we would like to hire a person, a team or even a company to ;

 1) Design the website
 2) Make the functionality top notch
 3) Stabilize it with on-off maintainence and update it regularly.
 4) SEO

 Before we end up with a horrible result for this project we would like to get some ideas from the most important people , the community.

 What do you guys think is this a one person job or a team job? Or is there any company that could be eligible to make one? Is it better to buy an already ongoing project and market it? What does current ones lack that you would love to see a new multipool should have? Of course the most important question , how much should a project like this cost?

 Currently (Which can change upon your abilities) the prices we think ;

 Functionality ; Developing and making sure it works and helping with every bug discovered afterwards  we do consider this might be a team job rather than one person job because of the heavy lifting it requires.

 Design ; Designing the website to be able to attract more miners and helpful towards marketing , also should be available upon further request for changes regarding affiliate marketing and advertisements on the site.

 Security ; Being able to keep the website at safe hands and the funds of many miners safe from hackers , this is the most important part of the deal so we are looking for someone or a team that already has an established trust either in or out of this community.

 Marketing ; Being able to attract as many miners as possible and manage content and SEO , also helpful with design team or person regarding the aforementioned reasons , we are looking for a one person gig for this.

 Payouts we consider;

 Functionality : 1btc+

 Design : 0.5+

 Security : Ongoing deal , paying as long as keeping secure , will discuss accordingly. Most likely depending on miner userbase we have.At least 0.25 weekly salary.

 Marketing : Job to job decisions , the more you do , the more you make (altough not like affiliate , you will get paid for everything you do not everyone joins through you ) The higher our userbase gets the more you will be paid but at least 0.1btc weekly salary.

 Thank you for that , I will take that into consideration after it finishes and talk with joe about the security of using an opensource project to start the website , if we can make it secure and design it well , and the functionality is solid (it says 2 things that got me worried 1.spammy , 2. multipool but not the most profitable multipool) than sure we will use it as well.

 We currently locked the deal (almost) for security and SEO ,

 From now on we only need a developer team (or one person if you believe in yourself) and a designer.

 The payouts are 1btc for the developer (will help in the future with discovered bugs and fixing it) and designer for 0.5 btc (will help in the future for changes that might be required with affiliate and ad banners) . Would like to finish off sooner rather than later.

 Rather keep it working that updated , only to fix bugs if there is any. If you make one without any bugs that means no need for anything extra.
