I would like to sell my laptop.. the following:

www.allchains.info/dell_laptop/index.html

Dell Studio XPS 1645
Color: Burgundy

8 gig ddr3
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670
Intel Core i7 Q 820 @ 1.73 ghz (quad core)
320GB HDD

The outer casing is noticeably bent on one of the sides where the screen hinge is and part of the plastic on the battery's feet is dangling.  You could order a replacement lid for it on ebay for not too much if that was unsexy to you.. and a new battery..  (although not necessary at all)  These are not functional problems.  How did these happen?  It was dropped.  It works perfectly though... I used it for TF2 (plays on full settings) and even the new star wars mmo on low settings.

I will post pictures and a video of it booting etc.. etc...   I can run any kind of (linux) benchmarks or tests that a serious buyer wants to see.  It has a windows code on the bottom, which I _think_ is 7 but i have always only run Arch Linux on it.

US only, paid in BTC only.

Edit:

Sold on craigslist for $300.

The bent lid can be replaced for $23 from ebay :

I'm trying to decide if its worth it to fix it up first.

its $125.90 for a brand new dell super-battery, a top lid cover and a keyboard cover.. to make it look like new...  cosmetics seem to be a big deal in selling laptops.

Completely agree. Laptops are fragile. Buyer's shy away real quickly when they can see the abuse. I'd just get a battery off amazon though. $25 and then you can say, "brand new battery."
