Looking for 95$ worth of bitcoins, according to preev.com.

Happy to send first to trusted sellers, otherwise will need escrow.

This has "Scam" written all over it. Scammers will hide behind the idea that "Hey it's PayPal, you can always charge back", except for the fact that the scammer will still get the money loaded on a VCC and withdrawn by the time you get around to even filing a dispute.

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link

You are 99.99% right, I just don't get them scamming for $100 or less, all the trouble of opening acounts, verifying, VCC...some people are just desperate

you are very very right.
lets see how it goes.
i had strange experience today though but wont talk until it unravels.

My Negative feedback was that am being accused wrongly of owning 5 websites. I never own anyone@all.

Not sure why all the hate is for "newbies" with paypal. I've had this account for almost a year now.
