Collateral?
No collateral? STFU and GTFO.
Have a nice day.
Btw, scamming isn't this easy these days. Go out to the street and lie to some people, I think that's easier.

Wow, if you haven't got $1, you really have a serious problem, don't you?
A lot or not, no collateral = no loan.

If you find yourself in a spot where you have to borrow $1, you're not going to be paying it back.

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link

This.

But people don't have to be such strict and rude for a 'funny' amount like 1$.

That's begging, not loan request.

What are the chances he will really pays back?

I sure 0% is also very high because many threads working for just 1 or 2 $ and most of them run away with this amount also

It seems like he wants 1$ to "invest" in one of the btc ponzi scams.  If he gets lucky he'll give you back your dollar.  If not, you lose (he doesn't lose anything).

OP, this isn't how the world works.  If you want to put your dollar on a long shot gamble, I seriously doubt anyone is going to give you that dollar.  You'll need to provide your own dollar.  By the way, if you like gambling, make an account on PrimeDice and use the faucet to get 500 satoshis.  If you're lucky, you can turn that into one dollar and then you'll be ready to try your luck again Smiley
