Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

But the bitcoin client/program says Balance: 0.00.

Is the client program getting any/many connections, and is it's block chain up-to-date (currently 123,124)?

Hi doood,

thanks for your reply. Last time the client got stuck at 8 connections. But after doing some researching, I disabled microsoft security essentials and I THINK i've added port 8333 to my router. Connections are currently at 7 as we speak.

Regarding the up-to-date block chain, i'm not quite sure how to check that sorry.

It should say it on the status bar next to the number of connections... something like:

8 connections 123124 blocks 546 transactions

You can then see what the latest block-count is here: http://blockexplorer.com
It currently shows 123130

Once blockchain is up to date, you'll see your balance.

Regarding connections, your port forwarding obviously is not working. I'd suggest disabling manual port forwarding and enabling it in the bitcoin client. You can find it in Settings>>Options>> check "Map port using UPnP"
