I have a large amount of older hardware (~1.6 W/GH/s) that needs to be moved out to make room for newer equipment.  I'm looking for someone who can provide it a new home.  You would pay only for shipping costs (equipment is in the US), and would keep the bulk of the BTC mined.

Only interested in talking to folks who have enough DC space to take at least 2MW of equipment.  I can be reached at btcequip@gmail.com.

Can I pick it up in person?
Let's see, for 2 Mw of older, 1.6w/GH I will need an 18 wheeler, right?
Let me know where to drive one!

The "shipping" scam.

Unless you pick it up in person.

I'll drive a UHaul to your location if you're based in the US or Canada.

By shipping, I mean freight shipments of crated servers, based on a negotiated contract with an identified receiver.  In-person pickup would be fine, but you would need a lot more than a UHaul. Smiley

This business has certainly seen its fair share of scams, and obviously one picture isn't proof, but here's one anyways (of 10 racks of equipment):

Again, only interested in speaking to folks who have enough DC space to take at least 2MW.  btcequip@gmail.com.

gonna need more unique proof, since what im seeing appears to be racks of SP10 units, which are closer to 1w/GH efficiency and worth a lot more than 'free'

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

Let's try something simple...

Since the entire thing here rests on the ability to move the stuff from where it is to where it needs to go...

WHERE IS THE HARDWARE LOCATED?

I only have a signature because I'm allowed.

I doubt OP will be back, its an obvious lame scam attempt and he's been found out.

I just hope nobody was stupid enough to send him an email and / or pay for shipping.

There is no hardware and he's certainly not giving any away.

As previously stated, the hardware is in the US -- Arizona and New Jersey, to be specific.

Not looking to make money off shipping; interested in simply finding a new home for hardware that is being replaced with newer, more efficient equipment.  We would make money by taking a % of mined BTC on the back-end.  Ideal opportunity for someone who has available & cheap power/space.

OK,

sign me up.

PM me with exactly what hardware is to be given away, address(s) where I can pick it up, and I will arrange for LTL or FTL transportation.  I will personally travel to your data centers with the freight company to gather the equipment.  That way you do not have to hassle with shipping.
