I am introducing a new way to giveaway bitcoins.its something similliar with auction.let me explain it.
I am giving away 0.01 BTC to the one user.Every user must pay 0.001 BTC to get final spot.I can end this giveaway at any time and can pay the final spot user.like

Giveaway 0.01 BTC
Final Spot price 0.001 BTC

Like user A paid 0.001 BTC and get final spot
Then user B paid 0.001 BTC and grab final spot from user A
Then another user C paid 0.001 BTC and steal final spot from user B.

Now the standings will be

1) User A
2) User B
3) User C

Now final spot  belongs to user C so I can pay him,That's it
Looks much profitable for me

I think it's fair if you make a count down timer
so if count down is over , you must send the reward for that winner

Lol then every1 just waits for the last second and deposits. This wont work. I seriously doubt anybody is going to pay you if their money is just going to go to waste. And its great for you, just wait until 10 people have entered and then you are in the profit, then you can close at any time.

There is indeed no way you can really limit people from buying the spots only once, as you can't tell if two addresses belong to the same person.
