Payment methods are Western Union or cash deposit in your bank. Cash deposit is free as there are no fees, but you must pay for WU fees. I am in the US.
Escrow paid by you or you send first. For a select few users, I can send first. Please post below rather than PMing me.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

No thanks, rates aren't good enough. I have updated the rate to -2% instead of -3%.

Yeah, I guess. It only seems to be available with smaller amounts though, right? Never used it before, but there's a location reasonably close to me so I can do it as long as you're paying fees.

Flat Bitstamp price now. I will not pay above market. Contact me and we can get a deal done before it reaches double-digits this evening.

Still paying Bitstamp market rate. Happy to buy BTC-E codes at a fair rate or cash on any of the exchanges too, as I'm really just buying to get more money on the exchanges for leveraged shorts.
