Let's see, beer/alcohol/ethanol is derived of decomposed plant matter that is highly toxic for your brain and organs. 150,000 people die each year from alcoholic poisoning and health effects. It causes people to fight, act irrationally, lose motor function in conjunction to decreased brain function. Alcohol disaligns your body's ability to function with the universe and as a result many experience weight gain as well as other health effects.
Water is a natural byproduct of nature and essential to life on earth. It promotes the growth of life and cleanses the body of toxins. Water purifies the earth, body and mind. It helps you lose weight, stay healthy and decrease sickness. And it tastes great, in my opinion.
I'll take water, just make sure it's not diluted with fluoride.
