Anyone know anything about the coin below and/or able to point me in the direction of where i should go to seek assistance?

which has obviously the same front side but a different back side. But I'm not a coin expert.

Edit: Looks like I was mistaken. There are different coins from roman emperors with very similar or even equal faces but different names.
Here is another one:

Yeah i've been searching for a couple of hours - there are so many different ones.
Finding it hard to pinpoint this one exactly.
