Hi Habijabi,

Looking at your first screenshot I can see that the Order is Declined. Please can you raise a support ticket with GM. Also please post your concern in the GM main thread here, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=602022.msg8950031#msg8950031. I am sure GM will respond to your concern.

I have been with GM for over three months and I and many other customers can vouch for their credibility. If your case is genuine I am sure they will rectify it.

I will also try to help from my side. Please refrain from posting inflammatory messages until you have sought all your options.

It's not true. They are one of the best company. Please contact them before making a scam accusation. Scam accusation is done after you did everything and you didn't got what you deserve.

Dear habijabi,

When you have the CFO of the company personally looking at your case you should not be worried. This is what happened according to Marco.

Roughly the following happened: User bought hashpower, got a couple of payouts, then opened a ticket to get a refund. Support asked several times for a refund address. When team got the refund address the user was reimbursed (already about a week ago).

Request you to check again and please do not troll. Kindly edit the name of the topic or lock this topic if you are satisfied.
