So I ordered an item from purse.io and they double debited my account for a single item (ps4). One transaction was recorded as spent where as another transaction is in escrow. Mind you this is for the same item. Moreover, I have not received my item and upon reaching out to support with multiple messages (twitter, help and email) I did not get any response. It has been 3 days and my Btc is stuck in escrow. From what I've read their support seems to be fairly responsive so I have no idea why I am not being helped. Anyone know anybody I can reach out to from purse that would be able to assist me? This is making me feel like purse has bad management and I'm on the brink of never using them again and going to brawker.com instead. Purse io is probably not as safe as I thought.

Edit: it's been 5 days now and no response. Everyone beware when using purse!

I wouldn't trust Brawker either right now. With the recent flux of BTC price allot of places that trade Bitcoin are not keeping up with the price. At this moment on Brawker you can spend $100 and get 0.190166 BTC which equates to around $81.

Basically, don't use Brawker until they get it together.
