Crazy shit..

My DRK stuck I dont got email to confirmation withdrawal waiting around 18h no response on ticket...

It worked for BTC, but same with DOGE...

Reminds me of cryptorush times...

Let's hope it is just slow transition.

I Log into V2 some minutes ago anche check my balance, i don't remember how much it was (i think 0.1-0.05) but i'm sure BTC Balance wasn't 0 (and now is 0)
Other balances seems ok.

Anyone with the same problem?

no, I don't think mintpal will run away with your coins.

mintpal made some huge errors and they are suffering the consequences of their poor judgement, but it doesn't look like an elaborate scheme, just malpractice

im web programer and i know if you wana to transfer to another system with writting  code its very easy and didnt need 3 days  for transfering  ?
are the transfer manually ( i dont think its becuase its crazy way ) ?

by the way are the mintpal team is illiterate team or  duming bitcoin team

what do you think ? which ones ?

I have a feeling the withdraw problems are not intentional.

I'd put money on the migration not being properly planned, or maybe they didn't have the right skilled people on the work, and they missed a bunch of stuff during the cut over. Now they are in a position where a bunch of the features are not working correctly, and are in a panic mode to fix them all.

I just submitted a withdraw request, sent an email to the support line saying that it was stuck in pending, and I have now received it in my wallet. Have also confirmed that another buddy of mine received his as well.

They must have to manually process the withdraw requests.

still mising 770k dogecoins from them after a failed withdrawal. they sent me back  a msg with a ticket i opened with them but no restore of balance yet.

yeah, the same situation with my account - showing zero BTC balance (it was NOT empty before upgrade), and stuck 3 million DOGE withdrawal for more than 24h with no response to my ticket.

I believe I typed my password incorrectly, cause I tested out a litecoin withdrawal with an incorrect password and it did the same thing. Ridiculous that even happens, instead of saying wrong password it sends an error withdrawal that clears your balance. You should always be able to cancel pending withdrawals.

I don't think you typed your password incorrectly the first time. There are lots of people in the same situation as you. I would advise everyone who was lucky enough to have had their entire balances scamigrated correctly to wait a few days before trying to withdraw. The exchange is a total mess right now.

I didn't get any answers when I did it either, but it seemed to get done after I had sent the email and the ticket was created. Could be how they are tracking the issues.
