Not yet as far as I know of but in the community it looks like people like to use Woodlock
It's done both the BFL case and the Virtual Mining (Also known as Active Mining cases)

I'm sure if someone in the USA wanted to do the paper work they could fill in that form and get a case going pretty easily.
