I Have recieved the file which i will examine when i get home. My personal belief is that the coins recieved were coins mined and recieved on a forked blockchain as the above user did not even know that DGC was well past the v0.1 update

So my coins gone? Yes? This team DGC is guilty blockchain DGC error. And we have to pay for it own loss?

Then why the team DGC has banned me on IRC?

The "team DGC" has banned you on IRC because of your constant ignorant and hostile attacks on people attempting to help you -- including several people that spent many hours doing so.

Your issue is with the pool you mined from, not with Digitalcoin or The Digitalcoin Foundation.

I provided several warnings to tone down your attitude, you continued.

You catch more flies with honey, honey.

"hostile attacks on people attempting to help you" ?

I have 10 to 20 pages with all the talk of the IRC. Do not lie that someone attacked.

Why do you write only the coins from the mine? Why do not you write about the coins with free website? They also were in bad blockchain?

And secondly, how do you explain to me that the coins were in my wallet? That blockchain had my 3 addresses a half years ago? and transactions are visible. And now you blockchain not see anything?

The good coin is evolving. Smiley Through thick and thin!!!

Is maybe a  64-bit client in the works? I know I try to use the ones that are around on Win 7, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Myriadcoin, etc. Cool

Still 144 MILLION max coins.

I cringe everytime I read that DGC coin spec.

As will many many new investors who know something about investing, inflation and dilution.  I really hope the new devs here will cut that max supply to something under 30 million.

There is no need for such massive dilution and given we will soon have thousands of alts competing for a limited number of dollars - the less supply [overall] the better.

Cheers!

Vlad, when we switch over to multi-algo, max supply will be reduced by 2/3.  Ahmed can correct me if I'm wrong on this.

I'm actually finished with this conversation with you. When you decide to start participating in the crypto community as a whole (not just Digitalcoin) in a constructive manner, we can revisit.

Anyone that cares to research, here are the posts made by nathalie20 since the creation of the account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=262081;sa=showPosts .

On to more serious topics, The Digitalcoin Foundation has been transferred the DGC, SRC and ARG domains from baritus and is in the process of moving the sites to our server(s). Depending on where you are in the world, or your DNS provider, you may experience a little downtime when visiting our site(s).

With this transfer will be an upgrade of our message board system from SMF to VBulletin.

Additionally, this weekend, The Foundation discussed a few new features for DGC that may not be 100% ready when the new wallet is released, but their implementation will not require a hard fork after 3.0 is released (which will require a hard fork).  I'll update once these features have gone from mind mapping -> implementation stage.

Update on the status of Nathalie's wallet:

Using JackJack's PyWallet i have dumped the wallet and i now know the following:

a) its encrypted so either
a1) Nathalie doesnt have the password
a2) He/She is just fucking around trying to waste my time

b) The wallet isnt a DGC Wallet
When viewing the wallet's JSON Dump it shows the transactions that have been in and out of the wallet. Following just the first transaction on a number of block explorer's for different coins lead me to this:
https://dogechain.info/tx/b78dcf46401154257fe5ceb0f3479054a357a33eefb3ac9b831f39d5ba4db80a

This means that the wallet is a Dogecoin wallet and Nathalie20 is a scammer and should be marked as such

Hahaha. DGC team has banned my account on IRC. They can not fix the error they want to hide it. Bravo DGC team

Why DGC team has banned my account on IRC? Do you have something to hide that bans the people?

Just half a year and wallet DGC did not work well !!

I have recently successfuly updated my 7 or 8 months unsynced wallet.dat without any problem.

Just saying...

I have download new wallet 2.0 from the DGC site. Download whole blockchain and used my old wallet.dat from january and everything works fine for me....

Your old wallet had coins? Was he a empty?

Yes there was small amount of dgc.

That's a beautiful thing.  Hopefully the subsidy will be significant reduced too in order to keep the PoW stage going long enough and to reduce the inflation rate.  I'm sure Ahmed Bodi knows what he's doing, he's a talented guy and the DGC board seems to be very open minded.

Your trust rating is glowing red for a reason.  As a dev, I would never waste my time resolving your wallet issues.  Figure it out or pay a coder to fix it for you.

Now it's time for you to troll a different coin.

I guess scammer has no shame.  The pudding is in the blockchain.  Anyone who knows how to read the block explorer knows you spent all your DOGE on march 12 and now trying to scam for DGC.  Pathetic...

As far as why you received the 5 DGC I sent, that could be designed of the Doge and DGC wallet to accept either/or.  But this still does not dismiss the fact that you are either an idiot or a scammer.  My bet is you're both...

Consider yourself lucky you are now on the DGC richlist...   Grin
