As President of the Crypto Currency Central Bank using the Powers of the Crypto Currency Constitution I suspend indefinitely the Australian Tax Office's ruling on Crypto Currencies, for not consulting the Crypto Currency Central Bank before introducing any rules or regulations, which only the Crypto Currency Bank has powers to do under the Crypto Currency Constitution.

I don't think you actually have this authority. The ATO is essentially mirroring the IRS (of the US) ruling on bitcoin and are treating it from a tax perspective the same way.
