In past few days dogecoin has raised and now it is again falling. What do you say will it continue to climb higher prices?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It's a correction after a quick rise. Now is a good buying opportunity. Block reward halvening in 2-3 weeks will reduce the number of doges dumped on the market, price should go above 100 satoshi then. But as in any crypto nothing is guaranteed, invest only what you can afford to lose.

Disclaimer: I have some doges and my opinion is biased.

I don't know and I don't care, to me Dogecoin is all about the fun part of it and not the price

It depends on if bitcoin drastically rises or falls in price. The alts usually follow bitcoin's price.

Supply went of cliff as most miners are mining more profitable coin.

When demand exceed supply, it is naturally the price will shoot up.

pump and dump nothing more to see here

there is a good chance* that it is heading to 1 dollar per Doge.

*"good chance" is an undefined term that does not specifically mean probability and may mean the exact opposite of probability.

Short term reaction to merged mining. Long term the value of Doge will approach 0.

This was a nice reaction to the downtrend but probably it will go down again.

I wonder if Doge will ever reach the price of 300 satoshi again which it had in last January.

Yep. Dodge will continue to have these market movements. Buy low, sell high. Just don't expect doge to go "to da moon".

They have hit the peak of the bubble, now it's the "return to normal" phase.
I'm expecting some more drops but I'm not really skilled as a trader...

Buy low and sell lower, better to just buy bitcoin instead..
