Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

What kind of translation do you need. I would be willing to basically make a page by page translation via note pad. Basically it would be an exact copy of each page needed to complete a transaction. Let me know if this is what you are looking for. I would be more than willing to complete that for you.

Maybe if you include some details on what you needed done you would get more offers.
